Guy Grant

During my career I have developed a wealth of clinical, management, operational, Business development and Programme management rolls mainly under the umbrella of the Health, Justice & FM providers. I have a wealth of experience in staff and change management which has required me to deliver strong communication, negotiation and team working skills.

I am skilled in programme management and as a result, when necessary, I am task focused with robust time management. I am logical and lateral in problem solving which has helped me to develop and facilitate creative solutions. I have undertaken project management roles in government office and worked as a Governor grade in the prison service as the regional offender health lead across all Northwest prisons. I believe I have a proven track record in being versatile in my ability to transfer my skills to suit the role as well as having the ability to pick up and deliver against new skills.

Currently I am working as the Prison Client Lead, Secure Infrastructure, Amey managing their contract wide CRED programme in partnership with HMPPS & MOJ. The CRED programme is a Social Value programme I helped to create & implement to provide prisoners with newfound practical skills working alongside our trades staff within prisons. The programme inline with the Governments levelling up agenda is providing social value, hours of purposeful activity and excellent stakeholder relationships. The programme works across 60 prisons and provides greater opportunities to help to reduce reoffending.

Our Funders

We’re proud to be a community interest company making a difference with support from Project Medusa, a Merseyside Police-led initiative funded by the Home Office. Project Medusa tackles county lines drug dealing and the criminal exploitation of young people and vulnerable adults, helping to reduce serious organised crime. Our work focuses on providing opportunities for young people to fulfil their potential, away from the impact of violence and crime.

We’re also incredibly grateful to receive funding from partners like the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority, who support our involvement in their Skills Bootcamp and Livv Housing Group, whose funding allowed us to expand our Pathways programme into Knowsley for the first time. Their generosity helps us reach more young people and positively impact our communities. Read more about it here.
